Properties that underwent formation, update or valuation adjustment during that year are therefore excluded from the increase. The three percent adjustment is based on the inflation target projected by the Central Bank for 2026 and does not apply to the following categories. <\/p>\n<p>Properties that were subject to formation, update or automatic valuation adjustment during 2025. Properties located in Bogot\u00e1 D.C., which are governed by a separate valuation framework under Law 601 of 2000.
